Said something like it'd still be active until the 24th, I asked if there's a way to do it immediately. I ask, can you just cancel my account and see what that does? She said, OK sure but don't get your hopes up. Finally T-mobile said it's been documented as a known issue that Netflix must fix. Get an end-of-call survey, I said "issue not resolved" in the comments and very shortly (amazing!) an important person called me back and did so every few days saying it was escalated to their b2b unit and gave updates for 3 weeks. The Netflix site said if I cancelled it'd still be active until end of cycle (nearly a month now) so I call Netflix. After paying for a month, I called T-mobile on June 24th and they cancelled the feature on their end a few times. Oddly my billing cycle changed and those 2 weeks are just MIA. It worked for a couple weeks and I got a "Uh oh, looks like we ran into a snag with your T-Mobile ONE streaming video benefit" text from T-Mobile on June 8th.
